UPDATE: 6/13/23 Just left this Target and all I can say is, How sad! They had an upgrade in how it looks but the service has gone DOWN severely! No one at the regular registers at first, one self check out closed with a bunch of stuff around it, the other self check out manned by one nice older man, who wiped the check out down (so that was nice). Then one person manned register opened but needed a manager shortly and the light flashed the entire time I was on line at self check out, poor people waiting for the manager for so long. The aisles were way messier than I have seen it in a long time. Clothes and all sorts of garbage and just things not in place…They used to have a nice guy greeting you, carts stocked, clean floors and well stocked. I went to customer service but left because the line was long and the woman was complaining to the other one about why xyz person shouldn’t go on break at a certain time… this store needs new management and staff ASAP! The best thing about this Target, they are usually well stocked. The worst is the bathrooms and lack of staff. Bathrooms always need toilet paper or need to be cleaned and the staff doesn’t take ownership of things. I told one lady the bathroom needed attention, she pointed to another and said for me to go tell the other employee that the bathroom needed attention. I’m sorry but that’s not customer service. She should have gotten on the radio and called the person not me walking around the store to tell someone.

Update. 50 percent off clearance toys are full of it. They don’t price match it even thou we found toys in the aisle. Lady at customer service rude and said go on another website and price match it instead. The girl then said we hire different types of people. What!?! Just give us the 50 percent off !! What’s the big deal. Why are you putting this in the aisle? Done with this Target. Riverdale is better. This one is always empty Guys get with it the toys don’t match the prices on the label

The worse feeling of going somewhere is being given attitude for no reason. I tried to call to file a complaint on this employee because she shouldn't even be working there & I hope she sees this review that's about her! It's 11/2/23, 4:40pm. I go to this branch many times and never have I ever been treated like this. I can tolerate busy & waiting in line however long but wow! So I came in for the 90% costume sale & waited in line at the self check out. I saw 10 items or less, counted my items and proceeded to the self check out because it was 10 items. This short mid aged VERY heavy set lady with her hair up looked at my cart and said with great attitude "next time to check out it's 10 items or less which is clearly in big letters in front of your face before checking out." She didn't count my items, nor did she greet me. Obviously she hates her job & shouldn't even be working there!!! I was minding my own business and she ruined my whole day because of just how she acted. HORRIBLE to see people treat others like this.

I’ve been trying to call this location for 2 hours. A total of 16 phone calls. Just to ask if they have an item before i go for no reason. I’ve tried EVERY department and after about a minute and a half of waiting listening to the terrible elevator music, you get hung up on. No one EVER answers the phone in ANY department. This is terrible I’m very disappointed because this is my favorite target location. I even tried the HR option and the same thing happened ! I’m at a loss for what to do i think it’s is very unprofessional. And i do understand that it’s holiday time and after holidays so these stores do tend to get busy, but someone should atleast answer ONE prompt. Very upset and I’m not sure i will bring my business here anymore.

This is a great store with many different sections such as clothes, electronics, pharmacy, Starbucks, toys, home decor, organizing supplies, food, cleaning supplies, seasonal items, shoes, cards, wrapping paper, books, media, makeup, office & school supplies. My biggest concern with this store is that they only usually have 2 - 3 cashiers available with a VERY long line every time I I go there. .It would be much more helpful if someone kept an eye on the line and added more people to help cash people out if the line starts to get long. UPDATE 3/30/22: I still love this store for certain items but, they still have not done enough to get people rung up and out of the store. Sometimes when I go there if the lines are long as I am walking in , I walk right back out because I don’t have the time to worry about how long it is going to take to check out.
